2007年 MTV 音樂獎得獎名單在今天出爐了，環球藝人大有斬獲，在今年掀起「小雨傘」旋風的蕾哈娜獨得年度音樂錄影帶獎、年度超級單曲兩項大獎，大會並安排師姐瑪麗布萊姬與德瑞博士頒獎，有趣的是「小雨傘」這首歌原本是要給瑪麗布萊姬演唱的。另外人氣新天后菲姬獲頒年度最佳女歌手，人氣天團打倒男孩也頒最佳團體。
